FIT-z Lucky Dip Body Conditioning.... a great way to stay fit and conditioned anywhere....It's a workout based on FIT-z Lifestyle Training. No equipment is required and it can be adapted for all levels of fitness.There are two levels available and more difficult levels as well as variations on the original two levels will be introduced in the coming months. Check out the different versions of the exercises used for each level in the ‘Exercises’ section before you start. As well as slightly modified exercises, level 1 has a maximum of 10 reps per card/exercise whereas level 2 has a maximum of 20 reps per card/exercise. The workout consists of 54 cards, each showing visuals of exercises that incorporate the essential lifestyle movements… SIT, STAND, PUSH and PULL.The cards will be shuffled into 4 sections, 2 will have 14 cards and the remaining 2 sections will have 13 cards. You will complete 3 out of 4 sections, the first two will be the 13 cards sections with the final one being the 14 cards section. Complete the number of repetitions for each exercise denoted on the corner of each card, before moving onto the next one. Be sure to complete the exercises in the order the cards randomly appear… just like a Lucky Dip, you never know what is coming next!A 1-2 minute break can be taken between sections. Alternatively, advanced users may wish to further shorten or remove the break or introduce 60 second sprints or 30 seconds of tuck jumps between each section. The full work out is finished when all 3 sections are complete.This is a challenging workout…. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you!
